It showed up looking exactly like it did online, which shouldn’t feel like an achievement, but here we are. No complaints.

I was actually quite happy with how easy the payment part was. I can’t say I tried every single option, but the one I picked worked fine for me and checkout didn’t drag on forever. Everything seemed to go through without any problems, at least on my order. Definitely made buying prints feel a bit less of a hassle.

The tracking was clear overall. It was a little slow to update at first, so I wasn’t sure what was happening right away, but once it started moving, the updates came through fine.

I was happy to see that the prints I liked were actually in stock, since that’s not always the case on other sites. Ordering was simple, no messing about, and I got exactly what I wanted. Nice and easy really, would definitely use again.

I was looking for something to brighten up my hallway and ended up spending ages on eastendprints because there were so many nice designs!! It felt like a really good mix of styles, not just the same kind of prints you see everywhere.
it took me a while to choose one because there’s a lot to look through. That’s definitely a good thing, but it can also feel a tiny bit overwhelming when you’re trying to narrow it down.

I went with 4 stars because I think the filtering could be a bit easier to use, but overall I really liked the selection and I’m happy with the print I picked.

Picked up a couple of prints for my flat and, i’m happy with them. I was mainly trying to fill a weird empty bit of wall, you know when a room feels unfinished but you can’t tell why, and these did the job nicely. The quality is good for the price, nothing overly fancy, but they look great once they’re up. Delivery wasn’t lightning fast, though it wasn’t a disaster either, so fair enough. I’d probably order again if another design caught my eye.

I had to send my print back and expected the refund to take a while, but it came through much quicker than I thought. The emails were clear and straightforward, with the return steps laid out properly, so I didn’t have to chase anyone or wonder what was happening. Really appreciated how hassle-free it all was.

The print size came out exactly as I ordered, so no complaints there. I just wish the communication had been better because I felt kind of ignored during the process.

I got this frame for a print I’ve been meaning to hang for weeks, and overall I’m happy with it. It looks clean, feels solid enough for the price, and the print fit in nicely without any fuss. I put it up in the hallway while I was also trying to reorganize a pile of random mail, and it was easy to hang.
The only reason I’d knock off a star is that there’s a small mark on one of the corners. It’s not something you’d really notice unless you’re up close and looking for it, but I did see it when I took it out of the packaging. Still, it looks nice on the wall and I’d probably buy another one.
